Prior to confirming your order, kindly ensure that the correct size, colour and address have been indicated.

During this period of Circuit-breaker, we are offering all local customers a 1-time complimentary exchange for a different size at the Rad Russel Flagship store once business resumes (subject to availability).

To qualify for an exchange of defective or incorrect items dispatched, items must be returned, unworn and in a brand new condition. Failing which, Rad Russel reserves the right to reject the exchange.

However, please note that exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Rad Russel reserves the right to exercise full discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. All exchanges are final and further requests of exchanges will be denied.

Defective/Incorrect Items  

We apologise for mailing you a defective/incorrect item. Please state your order details and a snapshot of the defective area and forward to us at sales@radrussel.com.

For domestic orders, kindly contact us about the defective/incorrect item within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel. After this period, we will be less likely to entertain requests for an exchange. There is strictly no cash refund unless that particular model is Out of Stock. For international orders, please note that refunds are only available after returns have been made within 30 days of the delivery date. We apologise that we are unable to process any exchanges for international orders. There may be a 0.5”-0.8” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a defect.

Incorrect Size

Request for exchanges of incorrect size is only applicable to non-sale items and for domestic orders (Singapore). If you have purchased an incorrect size, please drop us an email at sales@radrussel.com to process your exchange. Kindly contact us within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel. After this period, we will be less likely to entertain requests for an exchange.

Any postage costs will be borne by the customer as all measurements have been provided under the product details.
