We allow returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of purchase. 

If you are not fully satisfied with your item(s), kindly email our Customer Care with your order number. You will be entitled to exchange any items equivalent to the value of the original item. If the exchange item is higher value than the original, payments will be required for the balance amount due. If exchanged item value is lower than the original item, there will be no refunds of remaining value.

You may return or exchange your item for transactions performed at Rad Russel Singapore Flagship store or via https://eshop.radrussel.com only.

 1. Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached.

2. A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns.

3. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

4. If you are returning an item from an order that came with a free Gift With Purchase (GWP) and the value of the order falls below the GWP qualifying amount after the return, the redeemed GWP must be returned as well. If the GWP is not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the GWP.

Exceptions
•  Sale merchandise may be exchanged within the exchange period but are not eligible for returns.
•  e-Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
•  In the interest of hygiene, socks will not be refunded or exchanged at any time.

Defective/Incorrect Items

Items that do not meet the requirements for return and exchange will not be processed. Rad Russel Singapore reserves all rights and decision shall be final.
